The Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia is dedicated to its preservation and promotion of Canadian Black culture. Within the Centre there are audio visual displays focusing on the rich musical tradition as well as a library. There is also an amphitheatre where you can enjoy a cultural performance or be part of a lecture on the history of Nova Scotians since the 1600's. Guided tours are available at the Centre or you can choose to stroll alone through the archives.
