Comfort resumes the ambiance the Botanica. Located in the Citadel Hotel, this Halifax restaurant offers great menu options and is one of the few establishments in the city where you will find escargots. Lighter dishes such as lobster salad (lobster meat and fresh sliced mango) as well as more hearty meals such as lamb Evangeline (boneless rack of lamb on a bed of spinach) are also available. The tables are dressed in warm earth tone linens and the room offers dim lighting. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
