Seeing is how there is no actual Chinatown in Halifax, this large restaurant gets all the attention with its name. 10 minutes out of downtown Halifax, north on the Bedford Highway, this restaurant overlooks the Bedford Basin with its own large patio and its own dock. Not only is the view amazing but the food here is great too. The menu itself offers all types of Chinese food. There are a few hot dishes scattered in with your basic deep fried shrimp and broccoli beef. There is also a combination platter for two ($19.95 CDN) that includes egg roles and soup with all portions being generous.
