What’s most fun about this narrated tour is what you’re sitting in during the tour: you’ll travel around land and sea in amphibious vehicles styled after World War II landing craft. Journey the streets of historic downtown Halifax aboard the Harbour Hopper. Visit historical points of interest such as:

  • St. Paul's Church
  • Citadel Hill
  • Public Gardens
  • Government House
  • City Hall
  • Museum of the Atlantic etc.

Then, cast off into Halifax Harbour (without ever leaving your seat!), for a mariner's view of Halifax's naval fleet, spectacular harbor front, and the beautiful skylines of both Halifax and Dartmouth.

Hop aboard Halifax’s Fantastic Fun Filled Amphibious Tour. This 55 minutes tour takes you through the streets of Halifax highlighting some of Canada’s richest history, restaurants and venues of the downtown core.

We then transform into a sea going vessel to the 2nd largest ice free port in the world, passing Canada’s largest naval fleet, the skylines of both Halifax and Dartmouth, and telling passengers of Halifax’s important historic events such as the Halifax Explosion and our connection to the Titanic.

If you only have a short time or a long time to visit our great city, this tour is designed to highlight lots of things to do in Halifax and only taking one hour of your time. This allows passengers to go and visit the sites that’s’ of interest to them.
