To provide direct client care that enables individuals with health and / or functional deficits to remain at home in a safe and acceptable environment. To promote good health, provide comprehensive needs assessments and provide care and treatment of health conditions in a cost effective manner. To identify immediate and long term needs of the client and caregiver. To provide those services necessary to attain or maintain optimal function.
