Salty's Restaurant has something cooking up for you no matter where you choose to sit. Located in a charmingly renovated building that extends all the way out into the harbour, their patio is open May through September. Swordfish or shark steaks (when available), poached or broiled Atlantic salmon and chicken supreme filled with spinach and cheese are all served upstairs.  If you are looking for something lighter, look no further then the downstairs of this Halifax restaurant, where the menu includes the vegetarian wrap, a mixture of smoked Gouda, tomato, lettuce and vegetables served with a house salad.
